MEMORY
It is a building destined for kindergarten and maternity wards, organized on the ground and first floors.

Structure with a free perimeter, with foundations with piles and beams and cased concrete slabs. It has two fire-protected staircases and a third core with the same characteristics, with access to the roof terrace for a green terrace.

Since the building is located in an area with the highest risk of earthquakes, the resistant structure was designed taking this condition into account. Area: 3,000 m²
