MEMORY
The Torcuato Di Tella university has been developing all its activities at the Figueroa Alcorta Campus since 2013. In recent years, the University has grown in the number of new students and professors, developed new undergraduate careers, graduate programs and extension areas.

The project presented by Arq. Ferrando, winner of the Draft Competition organized by the University, distributes classrooms, offices and services on nine floors of 11,646 m² in total.

The new building, which began construction in March 2017, has 16 classrooms with capacity for more than 1000 new students simultaneously, versatile spaces for research and workshops, and a walkable landscaped terrace.

Likewise, it is a building constructed under LEED standards, whose design incorporates various strategies that conform to the best sustainability practices worldwide, facilitating energy and water savings. In addition, it has two levels of underground parking.
